Returns 

Returns must be completed within 14 days of receipt.

They mut be returned as sold (no alterations, not worn, not washed or marked) or we can reserve the right to refuse your refund.

To process a return, you need to contact us. 

You will be responsible for all costs incurred to return the items. 

Items returned must be returned as sold (not worn, washed, marked or altered).

We do not refund the postage fees on the order. 

Refunds can take up to 10 days after being processed. 

If we are exchanging a product, the time it takes to for the exchange to reach you may take time depending on the location. 

We recommend sending returns back tracked to account for the mail. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. These funds can usually take around 3-5 business days to appear back into your account, but again may vary.

Only full price items can ben refunded. Sale can be exchanged for other products or store credit.
